Service Description

DROP OFF SERVICE ONLY! YOUR BUNDLES/WIG WILL NOT BE COMPLETED AT THIS APPOINTMENT. YOUR BUNDLES/WIG WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP WITHIN 2 WEEKS OF THE DROP OFF DATE. IF YOU SHIPPED YOUR BUNDLES/WIG, ALLOW 3 WEEKS TO MAKE UP FOR SHIPPING TIME. INCLUDES - any color that can be achieved in one process. Meaning that the desired look requires color application only and does not require the hair to be lightened by bleach. Typically; Jet Black, Soft Black, BlueBlack, Dark to Mid colored Browns, RedBrown or Burgundy. Client must bring bundles or wig to the appointment, purchase on hand upon arrival or order it (in which case, there is no need to physically show up to this appointment, unless you would like to, because the hair will be delivered to RLC. Just choose "Local Pick Up" at check out.) After you book your "Drop Off - Single Process Color" appointment, please send a photo of the color look that you are going for through the "Contact" page. Keep in mind that photos sent are inspiration photos and that I can not agree to make your hair look exactly like the photo. Hair type, natural hair color, filters, lighting, products used and several other factors play into the finished product and the inspiration photo. I will let you know if the color requested is a look that I do not feel confident in recreating. PRICE - [$30/bundle lengths 12-20] OR [$35/bundle lengths 22-30] - [$20/closure] - [$30/frontal]. Color prices for wigs are determined by how many bundles are on the wig and if they have a closure or a frontal on them. Rockka Luxe Collection Bundles and Wigs ONLY.

Cancellation Policy

If you can't make it to your appointment, please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment time by going to www.rockkaluxecollection.com and logging in to your account. "No Shows" will be denied all future appointments. Deposits are non-refundable, but are transferable if you reschedule.
